The rooftop terrace was also a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a fantastic experience 😊

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Washington, had much fun and met outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly staff upon check-out. We loved the property because it was easy walk to an underground station.

Affordable pricing, character and historical charm, location near the White House
Rooms need serious upgrades!!! Broken furniture, non-functioning bathroom equipment, and outdated decor. Consider investing in proper maintenance and modern amenities.

A good home base for shopping. Lots of delightful options for meal. Wonderful beautiful location, on 16th Street. Also - next to the attractions and WMATA, and restaurants and patio areas to sit outside. Simply no complains at all, really really nice stay...

For one person the one bed room was just right and cozy. Very clean and nice decor. Continental breakfast was simple but will get you started on your day. This is a great quaint place to stay, I would stay again. .
The only con is there is no parking. I had to park 2 blocks away in paid parking, but I felt as if my car was safer there anyway because 24 hour attendant

Good or Bad? Let me explain
The hotel boasts a wonderful location amidst charming restaurants and is within walking distance to key attractions! The neighborhood feels lively and friendly!
Unfortunately, the sound insulation is poor, leading to disruptive noise from neighboring rooms, and check-in staff could be more cute.

We visited Ford's Theater and danced the night away at a local music venue. The staff was super friendly and held our luggage while we explored the area. Plus, it's close to many restaurants and the metro.
There was an issue with the front desk regarding payment that took up too much of our time. It was frustrating trying to sort it out while we were on a tight schedule.

It was very convenient, close to Dupont Circle, restaurants, shops, etc.I Liked the international feel of it.
While I appreciated having a continental breakfast it was too heavy on carbs. It would have been nice to have some of the following: yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs...It was advertised that wine and snacks would be served some days 5-7.This didn't happen during the week I was there.

The daytime desk clerk was extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Also, I was permitted to store my luggage after checkout.

I found the room surprisingly spacious and just like the photos! The complimentary coffee and tea were a lovely touch, and the comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. I'd definitely return despite the thin walls!

The absolutely best thing was that the air con in the room may actually be switched off!! :) I'm not used to having these things constantly blowing day and night (in contrast to most americans, it seems), so this was a great relief. The location is very convenient, just down the road from White house. Metro stations are not far away. The hotel provides free tea any time. The room was quite large and comfortable.
The breakfast is not a breakfast at all - just bread and some pastries. Also they don't seem to have enough room for people to sit, so everyone is crammed at one large table, and some small ones put up in the corridor.
